The Gear Cell Inhibitor Device is the red metal headband that Sol wears on his forehead. It is designed to both isolate and regulate the Gear cells in his body in order for him maintain a humanoid appearance, as well as conceals the crimson Gear Mark on his forehead. It also acts a limiter that keeps the majority of Sol's Magic Energy suppressed.
