This might be kind of a stretch and I honestly don't know if anybody will see this, but given that Naoki Hashimoto is the vocalist on a lot of Xrd tracks, would it be safe to assume these weapons are named after his band, OutRage? I can't find any instance of them capitalizing their name that way (it's usually all caps), it's just something that seems really likely now. Runmal (talk) 09:54, November 2, 2017 (UTC)
